1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph96 ("ph96", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph96 website located at https://ph96.lat and all services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the ph96 platform, or using any part of the Service — including browsing the lobby, placing bets, making deposits, or claiming any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

ph96 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access real-money features on ph96, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) ph96 player account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and exclusion from the platform.

3.2 KYC Verification

ph96 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, Philippine driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. ph96 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending KYC completion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph96 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ph96 support immediately. ph96 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph96 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph96 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph96 wallet subject to successful payment processing. ph96 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges. ph96 accepts only payments made in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph96 processes withdrawal requests within standard processing windows, which vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are generally processed within one (1) business hour during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. ph96 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ph96 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. ph96 may request source of funds documentation in connection with large or unusual transactions. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ph96 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. General bonus terms include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• ph96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or breach of bonus terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• Players who have opted for responsible gaming deposit limits may not be eligible for all promotional offers, in accordance with ph96's responsible gaming obligations.

6. Gambling Rules

By using the ph96 gaming service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All bets placed on ph96 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after settlement has commenced.
• ph96 game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and/or by live dealer results. ph96 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages. They do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or any system malfunction during a game round, ph96 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• ph96 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction. Where such voids occur, stakes will be returned.
• For sports betting markets, ph96 reserves the right to void markets affected by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to match abandonment, rule 4 deductions, and data feed errors.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ph96 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using software, bots, AI tools, scripts, or any automated means to access the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to influence game outcomes or odds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such discovery must be reported to ph96 support immediately.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen financial instruments, or chargebacks as a means of extracting funds from the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account for any purpose.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph96 reasonably considers to constitute chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

ph96 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances in cases where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ph96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• The player is under the age of 21;
• Account activity is inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, ph96 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's request (without breach), any remaining balance net of applicable bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph96 platform — including but not limited to the ph96 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, imagery, and data compilations — is the property of ph96 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph96 content without prior written authorisation from ph96.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph96, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ph96 Service;
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond ph96's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decisions made by you in connection with gambling activity on ph96.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph96's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

ph96 collects, uses, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. ph96 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

12. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine judicial or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter.
